Originaliti designed The Bottom Line Game to teach 1,700 retail pharmacy leaders how to manage profitability.

CVS Health shifted to a bonus plan paid on profitability for regional, district and store managers. Understanding how every action impacted the top and bottom lines was imperative. We created a game experience and engaged Regional Managers as facilitators to coach their District Managers through the four-hour conversational play. CVS used the game to train all new store managers for years.
