Accountants and auditors at Deloitte & Touche needed to learn selling skills, but participation in generic sales training was low. We scripted their stories, know-how and skills content into a game: Yes! You Experience Selling. Participants scored points for using key skills and concepts to make relationships and close deals with key contacts, prospects, clients and team members. Yes! was played most recently in Montreal – in French – for 1,700 professionals – on an open-air tennis court.
