There’s a game for that.

So, you’ve worked hard to come up with a winning strategy for your organization. But, how do you get it done? How do you achieve the consistently amazing results you expect? How do you make sure that your strategy is everyone’s priority?

How do you align individuals for collective success? There’s a game for that. A board game, actually. Introducing the All In Game, an innovative board game that moves strategy from the white board to the bottom line. In six quests – Purpose-Goals-Priorities-Plan-Rewards-and Story – every person in your organization aligns individual priorities and plans with collective purpose and goals to achieve excellence.

“The name of the game really stuck in my mind – All In. And, this idea that people can’t go all out if they’re not – all in. I had to ask myself, ‘could we do a better job at aligning people emotionally, socially and very strategically behind what we’re trying to do?’ The answer was absolutely ‘yes’. And, by playing a game, people retain 75% of what they learn versus only a 4% retention rate six weeks later using traditional methods. Games also make people more skillful problem solvers, innovators and collaborators – the top ‘get-it-done’ skills of our time.” Experts agree. The All In Game: “solves a huge paint point” “a business differentiator” “essential for team goal achievement” “serves a universal need”.

Originaliti’s founder Sue Baechler teamed with people strategist Brenda Hardesty to create the All In Game, launching in 2016. Is your organization ready to go all out to get all in? Email us: allinboardgame@gmail.com2015-03-05 08.50.04 HDR
